5 family members dined together. We had several Ramens all different, and at least 4-5 appetizers. Everything was fantastic. The service was without a flaw. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And the price for 5 people was $121.00 with all of the items we ordered was quite the bargain. I would highly recommend to anyone. This was my 4th visit and the best by far, but none of them were a bad experience.

10/10 I didn't like ramen before this because of my past experiences and decided to try it out because of the few Asian spots in town and it blew me away. I've tried ramen from california and New York since trying to find a place that is better but I can't. The ramen. Service is great, nothing that stands out. Always delicious and you can customize your own dish. I love this feature because I hate soft eggs so I can have them left off.

Soooo delicious!! The location is just down the street from where our hotel (and several others) was and there was a gas station nearby. We were just spending one short night in town and what a happy surprise to stumble upon such a fantastic dinner in such a convenient spot. Like any ramen, you could find things to criticize. This or that could be better, I wish they offered x, y or z, etc. Different ramen shops sometimes excel on one factor but fall short on others. But after any nitpicking, the food at Hokkaido was still 5-star. The kids and adults all loved their dishes. Our first bites were a shock - how can it possibly be so delicious?! I had the (pork) tantanman, medium spice. It was well balanced, savory and not too spicy although I really felt the cumulative heat by the time I finished the generous portion. I often don't pay much attention to the service as long as it's competent and "out of the way". The friendly service here was clearly concerned with everything being perfect for our party of 6. These folks made a difference. I recommend this place without hesitation. Worth going out of your way.

I went in to make an order for my family. My son loves ramen soup. I went to place my order and wanted to confirm the dish he wanted had no dairy in it due to an allergy. They confirmed it did, but could change the soup base so that it didn't have any dairy. That was really helpful. The food was great! My son loved the soup. We also had the gyoza and spring rolls. Both were very good. I'd go back again. The staff was helpful and friendly and the food was great and had fast service.

Coming in on a Wednesday first lunch with 4 people we actually enjoyed the whole experience. The food is reasonably priced, the service is a little lacking but I feel that is on the ground of cultural differences. The food we had was great, reasonably priced for the portions and well presented! We will be back!

Excellent!!! It's just excellent! The atmosphere, the prices, rhe service, and the incredible quality of the food here!!! This place is a hidden gem in Casper!

Haven't been here for a few weeks and we were pleasantly surprised by their new lunch specials: Combo A = 2 traditional rolls $8.95 Combo B = 1 traditional roll 1 special roll $14.95 Combo C = 1 Ramen entree 1 drink $15.95 We each got combo B as well as the sashimi deluxe. Our sashimi was phenomenal, melt in your mouth and huge portions. The sushi was also delicious and we ended up taking some home as it was so much food for 2 of us. Might be our favorite restaurant in Casper! We will be back plenty this summer, can't say enough good things about Hokkaido. Service, cleanliness, and ambiance are all top notch.

Exceeded our expectations! Great ramen and sushi rolls. We ordered Tonkatsu ramen. Husband loved it. I prefer a bit spicy, and asked for a bit of chili sauce and it was perfect. Nice ambiance, and great, fast service. Highly recommend!
